TSI sponsors or supports many activities throughout the year.

  • 2019 King Salmon SymposiumWednesday, March 27, 2019 at Centennial Hall Ballroom #1 @ 6:00 – 9:00 pm. Doors open @ 5:30 pm. Free admission.  Treaty forces Major Changes in SE King Salmon Management.  The Territorial Sportsmen welcome you to this evening event focused on increasing the public awareness about the status and management of depressed Chinook salmon stocks in the Taku and Chilkat Rivers in northern Southeast Alaska.  The goal of this event is to provide the public with the most recent scientific and regulatory information available.  Current regulatory impacts on the public, and their justifications, will be presented.  Coffee and refreshments will be provided.
  • TSI Annual Membership Meeting – Thursday, January 31, 2019 at the Juneau Yacht Club.  Doors open @ 5:30 pm.  Featured Speaker:  Doug Vincent-Lang, Commissioner of the Alaska Department of Fish & Game.

  • TSI/Alaska Outdoor Council Annual BanquetSaturday, February 9, 2019 at Centennial Hall. Doors open @ 5:30 pm. Tickets available through Matt Robus @ 907-321-0660.  Surf and Turf banquet and a variety of auctions and raffles to raise money for TSI programs.
  • Golden North Salmon Derby – August 16-18, 2019.  Entering into its 73rd year, the Salmon Derby is our largest event, with all proceeds turned into scholarships for local students. To date, TSI has awarded more than $1.7 million in its scholarship program, some now into the second and third generation of Southeast families. Learn more here about the GNSD
